Grabbed the unit next door and knocked down the wall. Invested heavily in diagnostic equipment - the real deal stuff, not the cheap scanners. Got our hands on proper German engineering tools and software. Started doing ECU work that year too.
You know what happened. But while everyone was stuck at home, people realized their cars needed attention. We stayed open as essential service, kept the team safe, and honestly grew closer as a crew. Added performance tuning services because folks wanted more outta their rides.
Brought on two more master techs who were fed up with dealership quotas. Started specializing even more in transmission work and advanced diagnostics. Built out a proper dyno room. Got recognized by some manufacturers for our expertise.
Seven bays, nine techs, and we're still turning away work because we won't compromise on quality. Added a dedicated electrical diagnostics station. Started teaching evening classes for up-and-coming techs. Still the same crew that cares more about doing it right than doing it fast.
